1 Eligibility for Returns

You can return any unopened or unused product within 14 days of receiving it.
Items marked as non-returnable (e.g., opened skincare products) cannot be returned.

2 Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective.
